Received & Logged
Every incoming unit is checked in and logged into our system individually — model, configuration, and origin are recorded before any testing begins. This gives every product a traceable history from the moment it enters our facility.
Cosmetic Grading
Each product’s physical condition is assessed and assigned a cosmetic grade — A+, A, or A− — so you know exactly what condition to expect before you buy — no surprises on arrival.
Hardware Diagnostics
This is where we go beyond a simple power-on test. Our technicians run in-depth diagnostics on the internal components — processor, RAM, storage, display, battery (for laptops), ports, and other critical hardware — to confirm everything performs to specification. Any unit that doesn’t pass is not listed for sale.
Deep Cleaning
Every product undergoes a thorough physical cleaning — internally and externally — to remove dust, residue, and signs of prior use. This isn’t just cosmetic; a clean internal chassis also supports better thermal performance and longevity.
OS & BIOS Reset
Before a product reaches you, we perform a complete OS and BIOS reset. This means your product arrives free of any previous user’s data, accounts, or settings — a clean slate, ready for you to set up from scratch.
Final QC & Certified
The last checkpoint before a product is listed: a final quality-control review across everything checked in Stages 1–5. Only after a product clears this final sign-off is it certified and made available for purchase on BigTechStore.in.
