At BigTechStore.in, every product goes through structured hardware diagnostics as a core part of our certification process, not an afterthought.
What We Actually Test
Depending on the product category, our diagnostics cover:
- Processor (CPU): Stress-tested for stability and performance under load
- Memory (RAM): Checked for errors and confirmed against listed capacity
- Storage (HDD/SSD): Health-checked for read/write performance and bad sectors
- Display (laptops/monitors): Checked for dead pixels, backlight bleed, and color consistency
- Battery (laptops): Health and charge-cycle checked to confirm it holds a usable charge
- Ports & Connectivity: USB, HDMI, display outputs, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Ethernet (where applicable) tested for function
- Keyboard & Trackpad (laptops): Every key and gesture zone tested individually
- Power Supply/SMPS (desktops): Load-tested for stable output
- Cooling System: Fans and thermal performance checked to rule out overheating risk
What Happens If Something Fails
If any component doesn’t meet our internal benchmark, the unit doesn’t move forward as-is. Depending on the issue, we either replace the faulty component before listing, or the product doesn’t get listed for sale at all. We don’t sell around a known fault — we fix it or we don’t sell it.
