1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept online payments through Cashfree (UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets as supported by Cashfree). All prices on BigTechStore.in are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment Options

Depending on your order value, you can choose from the following payment options at checkout:

a) Orders below ₹30,000

You may choose either:

• Full Prepayment: Pay 100% of the order value online at checkout. No COD fee applies.
• Partial COD: Pay 15% of the order value online at checkout as an advance, with the remaining 85% balance plus a flat ₹100 COD fee collected at the time of delivery.

b) Orders ₹30,000 and above

Full prepayment (100% advance) is mandatory. Cash on Delivery (COD), including Partial COD, is not available for orders at or above ₹30,000.

3. Collecting the Balance Amount (Partial COD Orders)

For Partial COD orders, the balance amount (85% of order value + ₹100 flat COD fee) is collected by our courier partner’s delivery executive at the time of delivery, via cash, UPI, or card — as supported by the courier partner’s doorstep collection options.

4. Refunds

a) If you cancel your order before it is picked up for shipping

To cancel, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number — see our Orders & Shipping page for the cancellation process. Your 15% advance payment will be refunded in full, minus any payment gateway transaction charges, within 7 days of the cancellation request.

b) If delivery is refused, or the order is returned to origin (RTO) after dispatch

If a Partial COD order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to us (RTO) after it has been shipped, your 15% advance will be refunded after deducting:

• The round-trip (to-and-fro) delivery charges incurred for that shipment, and
• A 10% restocking fee on the order value.

The balance amount remaining after these deductions will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 days of the order being marked RTO.

5. Payment Security

All online payments are processed securely through Cashfree. We do not store your card, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials on our servers — these are handled directly and securely by our payment gateway partner.

6. GST Invoice

A GST-compliant invoice is generated for every order. If you require your GSTIN to be reflected on the invoice for business/B2B purposes, please provide it at checkout or share it with our support team before your order is dispatched.

7. Failed or Pending Payments

If a payment attempt fails or remains pending, the order will not be processed for pickup until payment is successfully confirmed. If an amount is debited from your account for a failed transaction, it is typically auto-reversed by your bank/Cashfree within their standard reversal timelines. Please contact us if a failed payment is not reversed within 5 working days.

8. Changes to Payment Terms

These Payment Terms may be updated from time to time, including changes to advance percentages, COD fees, or eligibility thresholds. The updated terms will apply to orders placed after the revised date shown at the top of this page.
